its a Toshiba Mini Notebook NB200 Laptop, and i cant figure out how to change the main background. it doesnt have personalize when you right click on the main screen, and if u open a picture, u cant right click and choose the "set as desktop background option"

I would be willing to bet, you have Win7 Starter Edition. The worst version made. You cannot change the desktop wallpaper in that version!

Hi Guys I m confused which Laptop to Buy Studio 14 or Studio XPS?
I hv been given choice of two laptops One is Dell Studio 14" and the other is Dell Studio XPS 16".
Now the graphic card ,hard drive capacity , processor and battery is better in Studio 14" and while display , screen size and looks are better in Studio XPS
Now for which one should I go?
