Where can I find a product key for Microsoft Word on my laptop?
I have one on the bottom of my laptop but that says it's incorrect. Where can I find it so I can use Microsoft Office on my laptop?
The product key on the bottom of your laptop is the product key for Windows.
The product key for your Office software comes on the software CD. it's on a label on the back of the CD.
If you downloaded the software from a pirate site, there is no product key for it because Office is not free and that's why it prompts you to enter the product key (Product key is actually another name for "License")

Is it possible to replace my video card on my Dell Inspiron 640m?
The video card that came with my Dell Inspiron 640m laptop is a "Intel 945GM" which I have read isn't very good for games. I would like to get the "EVGA e-GeForce 7600GS 512 MB PCIe Video Card with Fan" but I do not know if it is possible with my laptop.
Is it possible? And if not is there any way I could upgrade to a better video card?
I also have two slots on the side of my laptop with one that looks like the size of the video cards I've seen. The other is smaller. What are those for?
