VGA SVGA to S-VIDEO 3 RCA TV AV CONVERTER CABLE question?

I was going to buy a "VGA SVGA to S-VIDEO 3 RCA TV AV CONVERTER CABLE" so i could watch videos from my laptop on my tv, but it had this note:
Note:Before place the bid, please be sure to check the manual of your system to make sure the Video Card of your system supports TV (RCA/S-Video) output through VGA port. Not every Video card will work with this adaptor. Only certain Video cards which have TV Output function built into VGA port will work through this adaptor.
How do i figure out if my laptop's video card supports TV output? I have a Dell Inspiron E1405 with windows vista, if that helps at all.

I have yet to see a computer or video card that will do that. You will need an alternate way to connect your PC to TV. You will be disappointed when you buy that cable, trust me. For other connection methods look at this how to guide:

Where can I get a fan for a HP Pavilion Laptop?

I have a HP Pavilion dv6-1210sa and it makes a grinding noise when I turn it on for about 5 minutes, it gets very hot and I think it's the bearing or something. I've looked on the HP website but it's completely unfathomable, all I could find was the heat sink, any sites or tips would be greatly appreciated.
