The memory of the Acer Aspire 4310NWMi is the process Celeron M 520 Cache Memory which is 1024 KB. It is the primary chip of the system that oversees all the other components of the system. It controls the execution of program instructions. The Cache memory is considered as a mediator between the main physical RAM and the CPU. The screen size of the Acer Aspire 4310NWMi is of 14.1" with the maximum display resolution of 1280 x 800. Its CrystalBrite screen gives it an added attraction. DNS and Default Gateway number?

I need some help.. My laptop's wireless internet is suddenly stop working. When I left click on the wireless network to repair it, it always stuck at renewing the IP address.. I have tried to find it at CMD by typing ipconfig/all, but it doesn't show up my default gateway and DNS number.. It just showed up my IP address and Subnet mask..

I tried typing nslookup at CMD but always ended up with "default servers are not available and address: 127.0.0.1"

here's my additional detail, my laptop is using windows XP sp 2 and 802.11b/g wireless adapter (ralink wireless card)

I also enabled the IEEE 802.1x authentication for the network and at the smart card or other certificate properties, I choose to use my smart card, ticked "validate server certificate", and "connect to these servers"

The fact that it suddenly stopped working, combined with that localhost address being shown in a classic redirect... means you are infected with some spyware/malware.

You are going to need some cleaners to get rid of that infection, and kill that unwanted redirection.

Get a thumbdrive, or download and burn these programs to a CD, so you can out them on the computer with the issue

install them, and run them until clean, and your redirection issue should be cleaned off.

Reinstalling problems on Gateway Laptop!?

I just bought a gateway Mx 6959 laptop and i noticed it only has 60 gbs of HD space, as opposed to the 120 it is supposed to have. I checked and found i had another 50 gb that was unpartitioned. so i popped in the reinstallation cd after backin' up my programs. It gave me 2 system restore choices(full restore, and backup restore) and i have tried both, they dont give me the option to repartition or format my HD and install windows again. so i still have that 50 gb of unpartitioned space and my windows aint really re-installing. help?
