Why is it that none of my dvd burners last long enough?
The desktop PC which is on its last leg has seen 6 dvd burners installed in it in the last 7 years.
My new HP Pavillion's (laptop) DVD burner stopped reading any DVD/CD after 6 months. Got it replaced under warranty and now within 4 months of that saga, this one is malfunctioning too.
How come they have such short lifespan or is it me who is facing all the problems?
I can't answer your question correctly but what from I have heard is that it looks like its you who is facing problems.
