I have a problem with Win Vista on my Acer laptop. (model 431020) and I need to do recovery on my system to factory condition. it needs a password that I haven't set. how can I find this just default password?

great laptop. . . specs below:
2gb RAM (random access memory)
15.6 inch screen
160 gb HD (had drive) -- i know it's low, but are you really going to use up 160 gigabites of memory?
single intel core processor, but it works on all of my websites no problem...
