my computer is the same case as this. this is a good computer, however i have had several problems with the case. at one point, my screen snapped off because the hinges were waaaaaaay too tight, so when i opened the case the entire plastic embly broke off. gateway didn’t want to fix it because they said that “the damage was customer inflicted”. gateway has horrible customer service, but i’ve never had any problems with the hardware, just the case itself.
