Hi. I'm saving up money to buy a new laptop. i've had a sony vaio and a gateway, and personally, i thought that they weren't very good, especially the gateway; i had numerous problems with it, from the screen blacking out, the mouse not working at all, etc.
So i've been looking at 3 laptops: a dell inspiron, a toshiba satellite, and an hp. out of these three laptops, which do you think is better over-all; from costumer support, reliability, featurs, etc?

my price range is about $400-$650. the main uses for a laptop i have are: a lot of school papers, a lot of online use, and a somewhat amount of gaming.
As I own a dell, I would go for something made by them. But not an inspiron. As they are cheaply made!!!! The toshibas are ok but are known for their value for money and again not their quality. Hp is again a good make but they all come from the same factory in china made out of the same plastic used to make pooper scoopers from and so it really doesn't matter who it's made by ( unless you buy a packard bell) which are actually pooper scoopers with screens!! I suggest you get a medium range Dell studio 15 as they are fast, pretty, durable and have great memory and graphics cards for gaming. But it depends on what you need it for. If you're like me where I get it out, want it to turn on quikly and then not lag when I play games on it and to be able to check my amazon orders whilst playing my game ( strange combo I know) then you need an advanced pc, starting at 1 grand. But judging from ur list of pcs I don't think that you're going to pay that much, and so in all hiensight go with the inspiron bcos they are great for taking out at times of most need, don't have a fandabbydose processor in them so they don't use much battery and are light weight and great for browsing, skype. And emails.
