When i Open, Close or shake my laptop's Lid lots of white lines occur in display?
Mine is a Compaq laptop. Now a days, when I open or close my laptop's lid some white lines interrupt the display. when press and hold or move the lid it disappears and display becomes normal. Some ppl are saying it is bcoz of LCD bend and some are saying this is due to VGA inverter problem. Can somebody help me to know exactly the reason??
I am having the same problem. From what I can tell, it is a loose cable connection going from the monitor to the motherboard. If you feel comfortable doing this, take apart the computer and ensure that the connections are good and tight. If not, secure them and then reassemble and your problem should be fixed. If you are not sure about taking the laptop apart, then take it to a repair shop for them to fix it.

There is a noise that i dunno from my laptop. I think it might be the cooler. So how can i reduce this noise. My computer performance is HP intel P-4 CPU 3.00GHz 2.99 GHz,512 MB of RAM.
just replace it coz there's really nothing you can do about it.. the noise in the fan actually indicates that you have to replace it... don't worry about the cost bcoz it's relatively cheap... btw, i've had the same problem before.....
