Right click the icon used to start the program, select "Compatibility mode" if that is not showing select "Properties" then the tab "Compatibility".

Under compatibility mode put a check mark in the small box then from the drop down list select Windows 98.

Try the program. If it still wont run in compatibility mode there is nothing more you can do.

Screen orientation windows 7?

I have Windows 7 Home Premium and I have a laptop and external monitor. I bought a VESA mount so I could flip the monitor to portrait. I know some versions of Windows 7 have the option of flipping the monitor Hroizontal or Verticle. But mine doesn't seem to. It would usually be under "Control panel -> Display -> Screen Resolution" but it's not there. Is it because I only have the Home Premium version? And is there any ( preferably free) software that will do this. Thanks

Do not worry dalton. I have home basic rpemium & the same graphic accelerator as you do. You are right it is usually present under the option that you have mentioned in your question. But if it is not then you are using an outdated driver for your graphics card. another place where you might find the rotation option is

1. click on the small arrow new the time on the bottom right corner and locate the icon for " Intel graphics Media accelerator" Right click it and you will have an option for rotation.
