What is your opinion about Toshiba laptop?
Is it good? Price of Toshiba is less than Dell. But I have doubt about the reliability and Quality of Toshiba.
It's not the brand of a laptop or desktop computer that matters as much as what's inside it.
Dell, Toshiba, HP, etc are just manufacturers, assemblers. They use more or less the same parts, made by the same companies.
Depending on how much you wanna spend, look for these things in a laptop:
Dedicated graphics (not shared memory) - most important for video playback, game playing performance, etc.
A minimum of 3GB RAM memory, recommended 4GB
An Intel processor, minimum a Core Duo, recommended is an Intel i5 or i7. DO NOT BUY INTEL CELERON
AMD dual core processors are OK, but Intel is much better.
At least a 320GB hard drive, generally the bigger the better (500GB recommended).
A 10 cell battery for longer battery life, both between charges and overall life.
The better any of those specifications are, the more money you are going to spend.
My advice: Print this and take it with you to show to the tech in store when you go shopping for a laptop.
