Good bags = enough pockets, good padding to protect laptop, strong sturdy straps with padding.
Bad bags = rounded (waste of space), not enough pockets, uncomfortable straps. Too much velcro.
Good factor forms =
If in doubt, wear before you buy. Some people prefer sling bags, some prefer backpacks.
Targus is a good brand. So is Carribee.
