I have a Dimension 2400 for 8 months, something caused my motherboard to fry, I called the foreign league of tech support with the problem, ( I'm still on a extended warranty plan ), they could not fix it over the phone, Less than 16 hrs, a Technician showed up with a new motherboard, installed and working perfect. Dell is like any other company, when things go wrong folks, look for the first to blame... Microsoft, Sun, Etc. have the same problem as Dell has. I say To Dell. They solved my problem in less than 24 hrs. Get AOL, Microsoft or someone else's support and see if your solution is provided in less than a day..... Go Dell Sister, You will like it, and purchase the extended warranty, mine cost $79.00 and I am sure the Motherboard, and Technician costs Dell Alot more than that.. Good Luck and Godspeed
