Can i use my laptop on an airplane?
I want to watch movies. What if i just turn the wireless off? Will it still interfere with the navigation system on the plane?
You are permitted to use a laptop on a plane when it has been approved by the crew to use (essentially, any time that is not during taxi, takeoff, or landing) and so long as the wireless is turned off.
