How To Record Voice In Laptop ?

I've Got Packard Bell Laptop with in built Voice recorder. so i recorded my voice but when i played it it was like Breaking, and couldn't hear nothing!!

What can i du to record perfect voice! xx

I generally do not use the built in voice recorder as it tends to break up.

If you want it to be crystal clear, just buy a head set (Can get mostly at any place that sells electronics)

What Does a USB Laptop TV Tuner Do

Did you know you can turn your laptop into an HDTV and DVR by adding a TV tuner? Well you can and it's pretty easy and best of all its affordable. For as little as $30, it's the cheapest HDTV and the cheapest DVR (there are no monthly fees) around. It might even be the best DVR.

Simply plug the tuner into a USB port on your laptop and install the drivers. Then connect a TV signal from either an antenna, cable or satellite signal to the tuner and answer a few simple questions about the type of signal you are using and where you are located (location is used for the program guide). The tuner will search for available channels and within minutes you can watch live TV on your computer.

Software included with tuners controls your new TV and performs all the customary controls (change channels, adjust the volume, mute, etc.) of an ordinary television. Many tuners even come with a remote control. Many people prefer to use Windows Media Center instead of the software included with their tuner. Windows Media Center is a free program available for Windows XP and inlcuded with Windows Vista that was designed to encourage people to hook a computer up to their big screen TV/home entertainment system. It makes it easy to view digital media (pictures, music, videos, etc.) on your TV boasts a user friendly interface and lots of great features.

The included software or Windows Media Center also controls the DVR functions (schedule recordings, play recorded shows, pause, rewind, etc.). The DVR records shows directly to your hard drive. Once a show is recorded you can watch it on your computer, burn it to a dvd or cd, edit it, post it to YouTube or download it to an iPod to watch.

There is a lot to consider when purchasing a TV tuner for a laptop (should you get USB tuner or an Express Card tuner, do you have a USB 2.0 port, should you get a stick style or desktop tuner, what kind of signal will you be using, what is the resolution of you computer screen, what over the air channels are available in your area in HD and more) but if you do your research and get the right Laptop TV tuner you will wonder how you ever did without it.
